Mom is sitting in a chair. She had a lick of a popsicle but they took it away.
Recovery will be slow but so far so good.

I'm so glad you're up in a chair Mom! Way to go! It's the getting up and down part that was the worst for me after my c-section. I imagine it's ten times worse for you since they've messed with so much of your core. I love you! Keep up the good work! You're so tough!

ReplyDeletewow Cathy! I can't believe you are up already. I'm sure that wasn't easy. "you go girl!" Don't hurry to get out of ICU. It is the best care in there by far. (not that you will have much say over getting kicked out) WE didn't know whether to be excited or worried sick when we heard you were on the way to the hospital. The long wait is finally over! We will watch closely for updates and hope every hour you get better. Lon and Alan better eat the In and Out, stick with the popsicles. Rich and Robin Bloomfield
